About ROLA

Built at the intersection of
six years of execution
and the most underbuilt gap
in athlete business.

ROLA is not a platform. It is not a compliance tool. It is not an agency. It is the firm that builds the business infrastructure behind the athletes that every other institution in this space is trying to monetize.

The Founder

Six years of execution across five verticals. One company built from all of it.

ROLA did not begin as an NIL infrastructure firm. It began in the field — generating multi-million dollar campaigns for Fortune 500 clients inside the most competitive retail environments in America. Costco. Sam's Club. Lowe's. The kind of field activation work where you either produce revenue in 72 hours or you lose the account.

That operational discipline — the ability to move from strategy to revenue with uncommon speed — became the foundation for everything that followed. ROLA was incorporated in 2023, bringing that cross-sector execution experience under a single institutional framework. GTM strategy for early AI SaaS companies. Board-level advisory for nonprofit institutions. University distribution across campus networks. Music and entertainment IP structuring. NIL strategy for individual athletes. Luxury product development. Consulting firm growth architecture.

Across every vertical, the same pattern emerged: companies fail not because they lack ideas, but because they lack repeatable systems for traction, activation, and scale.

That pattern — and the infrastructure that closes it — is what ROLA was built to deliver. The NIL space is the market where that gap between opportunity and execution infrastructure is most visible, most consequential, and most underserved.

Mission

Why this firm. Why this moment. Why this matters.

On July 1, 2025, Power Five schools began paying athletes directly for the first time in the history of organized college sport. The House v. NCAA settlement authorized up to $20.5 million in annual per-school revenue sharing. NIL Go launched as the compliance clearinghouse. The College Sports Commission took over enforcement from the NCAA.

The infrastructure for paying athletes now exists. The infrastructure for building athlete businesses does not. The distinction is what ROLA was built to address at institutional scale.

The mission is not to help athletes get brand deals. The mission is to help the institutions that develop athletes build the business infrastructure that makes those athletes owners rather than inventory. The entity structures, the IP frameworks, the revenue systems, the GTM activation discipline, the financial literacy — deployed systematically, at roster scale, producing measurable outcomes that programs can report and recruits can evaluate.

The programs that build this infrastructure now will hold a compounding competitive advantage that no collective budget can purchase retroactively. ROLA exists to build it with them.
